This set is a [rare] one and is a 'translation of a translation'--so Bill you can appreciate it, as it goes along with the 'Vulgate' in that regard. Sincerely, Harry Truman, White House, Feb. 24, 1951." Gift to the Library of Congress from William D. Hassett, Nov. 4, 1953.
